What do intraductal papillomas commonly manifest with?

Intraductal papillomas are benign tumors that develop within the milk ducts of the breast and are commonly associated with a distinct clinical presentation. The most characteristic manifestation of intraductal papillomas is a bloody or serous discharge from the nipple. This occurs due to the vascular nature of the papilloma, which can cause irritation and bleeding in the ducts from which they arise.
